Tiffany Payton Jameson, MBA, PHR

Founder & Managing Partner


Tiffany is the founder and managing partner for Grit & Flow. Tiffany is a highly passionate leader with her sights set on changing the employment landscape to be one of inclusivity where every employee has the opportunity to reach their full potential. Through a researcher-practitioner model of business management, change management, and organizational psychology, solutions will be delivered through extensive research and proven best practices. 

Tiffany is highly involved in the adult transition to college and work community in Orange County. She is also involved internationally with efforts to improve workplace inclusion for neurodiverse individuals and those with mental health challenges.

Tiffany is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology. Her research is on the coping strategies of autistic individuals with post-secondary education for occupational longevity.

Maggie Thompson, MS



Maggie joins Grit & Flow as a consultant. Maggie is an industrial-organizational psychologist who is passionate about working with individuals and organizations that are committed to thinking creatively about how to tap into the many talents of the autism population. She earned her Master’s Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Omaha and is pursuing her Ph.D. in Human Sciences at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She has a strong background in program evaluation, strategic and analytic thinking, conducting various types of data analyses, and communicating findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders. Although she has education and knowledge about a variety of workforce topics, she has specific expertise in recruiting practices, personnel selection, and workplace diversity and inclusion.
