Tiffany Jameson, MBA, PHR

Founder and Managing Partner

Tiffany is the founder and managing partner for Grit & Flow. Tiffany is a highly passionate leader with her sights set on changing the employment landscape to be one of inclusivity where every employee has the opportunity to reach their full potential. Through a researcher-practitioner model of business management, change management, and organizational psychology, solutions will be delivered through extensive research and proven best practices. 

Tiffany is highly involved in the adult transition to college and work community in Orange County. She is also involved internationally with efforts to improve workplace inclusion for neurodiverse individuals and those with mental health challenges.

Tiffany is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology. Her research is on the coping strategies of autistic individuals with post-secondary education for occupational longevity.

Nicole Seaward, MS

Consultant

Nicole is an Autistic advocate for women on the spectrum and increasing neurodiversity in the workplace. She is a member of the Asperger/Autism Network (AANE) Speakers’ Bureau and she collaborates with small businesses in her local area to share her experiences with Autism and educate leaders on the importance of hiring neurodiverse talent.

 

Nicole holds a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and is fundamentally driven by her curiosity, passion, knowledge, and work ethic towards advocating for expanding workplace diversity and positive leadership.

Corey Hollemeyer, MS, MA, MS

Consultant

Corey is an HR Professional and an advocate for neurodivergent and differently-abled people.  She is a firm believer in servant leadership, using strategic and evidence-based solutions, and making the world a better place.  She has a broad range of experience and education that assist in solving problems from an interdisciplinary point of view.  She is involved with several organizations, including an international organization that helps differently-abled people find employment. 

Corey is currently pursuing her MBA with an additional Certificate in Data Analytics from American University.  In addition, she is working on becoming an Associate Certified Organizational Development Coach through the International Coaching Federation.  She has also been accepted as a trainee with the University of Pittsburgh’s Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities and Related Disorders (LEND) program.
