A workplace has many dimensions, unique in the same way as the individuals that work there. We include human resource management; diversity, equity, and inclusion; organizational psychology, finance, and leadership expertise to address the organization. We find paths to creating an inclusive environment where employees can thrive. We believe it starts with asking the question, "How do you work best?" and by creating an environment where your employees and candidates feel safe to say, "I work best when..."

We are passionate about all workers but are distinctive as a workplace inclusion consultant. We understand the challenges, barriers, and enablers for a wider group of cognitively diverse workers that are often disregarded or overlooked by other consultancies.

Director of Research

Nicole is an Autistic advocate for women on the spectrum and increasing neurodiversity in the workplace.

She is a member of the Asperger Autism Network (AANE) Speakers' Bureau

Collaborates with small businesses in her local area to share her experiences with Autism and educate leaders on the importance of hiring neurodiverse talent.

She is fundamentally driven by her curiosity, passion, knowledge, and work ethic towards advocating for expanding workplace diversity and positive leadership.
