Tiffany Payton Jameson is the founder of Grit & Flow, an organization dedicated to increasing the accessibility of employment and sustainable careers for all workers. Her company takes a three-prong approach to its mission by focusing on Community, Consulting, and Research. Tiffany provides a comprehensive plan and viewpoint with her extensive experience is both the tech start-up world and professional consulting, in addition to her wide-ranging education. Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and Business Administration; 4.0 GPA graduate of a Master’s in Business Administration with a triple emphasis on accounting, finance, and e-business strategy through completion of 160% of required coursework; and her current participation in a doctorate in Organizational Psychology. Tiffany understands that approaching an organizational effort of creating a fully inclusive and equitable workplace requires a wide area of organizational and people knowledge. Tiffany is also a Certified Human Resource Professional (PHR) and holds a certificate for Cornell in Diversity and Inclusion.
Tiffany’s research focuses on sustainable employment for the autistic population with an emphasis on the portion of the population that is college-educated and do not identify with autism as a disability. Tiffany is passionate about changing the systems within an organization that only provide accommodations to individuals that say, “I’m disabled” instead of “I need this to be my best self and provide you the most value.” Tiffany is a member of a Cohort on autism outcomes mentored by Paul Shattuck, Ph.D., the Director of the A.J. Drexel Autism Institute. Tiffany also serves on the Diversity and Inclusion task force and the editorial board for the Society of Organizational and Industrial Psychologists (SIOP).
Tiffany has participated as a panel member for Microsoft’s Career Ready events, A.J. Drexel’s Autism Institute Inclusion Consulting team, and the 2019 Diversity and Inclusion Research Conference.
Tiffany is available to provide training and exploratory discussions on creating an inclusive workplace in addition to consultation on creating and implementing strategic and systematic changes within your organization.
