Tiffany is the founder and managing partner for Grit & Flow. Tiffany is a highly passionate leader with her sights set on changing the employment landscape to be one of inclusivity where every employee has the opportunity to reach their full potential. Through a researcher-practitioner model of business management, change management, and organizational psychology, solutions will be delivered through extensive research and proven best practices.
Tiffany is highly involved in the adult transition to college and work community in Orange County. She is also involved internationally with efforts to improve workplace inclusion for neurodiverse individuals and those with mental health challenges. Tiffany is the Co-Founder of the NDGiFTS Movement, and also the team manager, editor and writer for the NDGiFTS Paper. Tiffany is a new LinkedIn Learning Instructor and is currently working with the LinkedIn Learning team to provide neurodiversity training to HR professionals.
Tiffany is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology. Her research is on the hiring intentions of organizations with qualified autistic candidates for open positions.
