Tiffany:

And that's beautiful. So we're talking about employment here. So we're going to keep our answers focused on employment, not too much of just kind of general life. But, what I want to ask you are, what are challenges your identities have had with you being able to get and retain employment?

Justin:

Okay. I found the challenges as an entrepreneurial work-wise, is that one, I, I didn't really conform to what I think business society wanted me to conform to. And by that, I mean that, you know, I would go in the office and I was, I was always dressed in my work clothing. And at times, going into a real estate office as a handyman, you need to be dressed more proper. I also had more of expectations and I think it was my fault of expecting business to remember me and I don't have to market myself. It's more that they should remember me. And I know that business-wise, that that did affect me. In retaining jobs, I handled myself, well, I handle myself professionally but I just didn't market myself out there well enough. And, and I know that I suffered from that and that does have to do with my, my personality, how I identify as being on the spectrum. I didn't want to conform to what I thought. I thought I knew the way to get business done.
