The Job Coach is an essential member of the inclusion team in any organization. A job coach must have the ability to apply critical thinking every day in a compassionate and professional manner as the main player in the success of an inclusion effort. As Grit & Flow guides organizations on their inclusive journey, we want to have the best job coaches as our partners. We want to know we can count on you and bring you into a client-site to implement the inclusion plan through supporting neurodiverse or differently-abled employers directly and through education delivery to co-workers and supervisors.
How do you get started? Here are the steps:
Apply for membership to the Job Coach Connection (JCC). The application is below.
An interaction between Grit & Flow and your organization will be scheduled and we can get to know one another and make sure our visions align.
If it’s a good fit, we will arrange a memo of understanding (MOU) and set the terms of the partnership.
When there is a need for a job coach in your geographical area, we refer you to our clients and bring you into our consulting project.
