Grit & Flow is a unique consultancy created to increase workplace inclusion practices throughout an organization. We began our practices focusing on the inclusivity of underemployed and underutilized groups but quickly see the need to apply our practice to the entire organization.
It is not up to one group or department to create systemic change for inclusion. It will take the effort and commitment of many types of change agents to increase the employment of minorities and other underrepresented groups in the workplace.

Supply-Side is the future employee, the parent, and all the actors that contribute to preparing an individual for a life of independence and employment.
Demand-Side is the organization and all the moving pieces that contribute to the functioning and success of the business.
The Bridge are the agencies, instructors, and counselors that prepare individuals, establish opportunities, and guide the process of moving into the workforce.
Researchers provide new insights informing practice for all groups within the system.
