Unconscious Bias Training
Unconscious bias will be examined in this training. Participants will identify how unconscious bias can affect how people are perceived, evaluated and reacted to. Research from Cornell University’s Professor Nishii will be shared to understand the impact on individuals and organizational effectiveness. Interactive activities will allow participants to learn more about their own unconscious biases and walk away with new awareness of how their biases may be impacting their environment. The trainer has completed the Cornell University Diversity and Inclusion Certificate.
$350 per session, up to 30 participants
This training will apply to any level. Human Resource personnel and managers are recommended with a general employee follow-up. Another recommendation is to provide targeted training for individual work groups.
